Canton Arts Academy is the only music schools in the Cherokee County that gives their students the opportunity to earn special color wristband bracelets (kids and teens love them!), trophies AND certificates for passing musical tests with the Musical Ladder System®. It was actually created by academy Director Marty Fort, has a patent pending and is being used by schools nationwide. Do other schools offer trophies and certificates? A few. But none of them inspire their students with smiling faces by giving them full color, really cool “Musical Ladder System®” wristbands that they can show off to their friends.
More importantly when our students have a test coming up, they practice more, their parents are proud, their teachers are proud, and everybody wins!

Sage is our new drum instructor and has opened up our sold out days for lessons on Monday and Friday!
Sage wanted to share a little about himself.
“My dad is a musician and I started playing around on piano as far back as I can remember. I picked up drums around 8 yrs old. I started teaching in highschool. I love going back to Colorado, hiking, camping, climbing, skiing. Ive played in bands of almost all genres. Favorite food is breakfast burritos. No pets, too much to do and too busy moving around.I look forward to meeting you soon and working at CAA!”
