DRUM LESSONS
(for ages six and up)
We offer quality drum lessons for kids and adults in our state of the art facility in Hickory Flat GA. All experience and skill levels are welcome! We work with students who have never played as well as students who have been playing for years.
We have one of the most professional drum lesson rooms in North Georgia, with state of the art sound proofing and a Roland drum kit for students to use. Our drum instructors teach rock, metal, jazz, funk, blues and many other styles including Latin percussion. Drum language can be complex and our instructors will challenge any drummer with a wide variety of technical exercises designed to improve your speed and comfort. All drummers bring in their favorite drum parts to learn in their lessons and theory is encouraged. We have many drum students who play in local bands be it in rock clubs or their local churches. You do not have to purchase a drum kit to take lessons. Beginning students can learn with a drum pad, sticks and a book for only $25.00. Students use our drum set at their lessons and do not have to bring anything except their drum sticks and a notebook.
We offer two free optional recitals for our students. There is no fee to participants or their guests. Our music students perform and we display our art student’s work in the lobby. It’s a great opportunity to inspire each other, share our talents and grow as budding artists.
Our Hickory Flat location is convenient to Canton, Woodstock, and Alpharetta in Cherokee County GA. Our lesson rooms have large windows for your viewing or you are welcome to sit in on lessons at any time. Our comfortable waiting room has free WIFI for your convenience. We are located in the Kroger shopping plaza to make quick errands convenient.
